Where are you based?
We are a company based in Tsukiji, Tokyo, dedicated to cultivating and delivering Japanese craftsmanship. Through Japanese ingredients, we aim to bring Japanese food culture to the world. Tsukiji in Tokyo is Japan's largest market for seafood and produce, gathering delicious products from all over Japan. As locals of Tsukiji, we deliver carefully selected Japanese ingredients fresh to people worldwide, sharing the excellence of Japanese cuisine.

How are your products selected?
Having been wholesalers and intermediaries in the Tsukiji market for many years, we handle carefully selected seafood daily. We supply ingredients to local Japanese izakayas, famous sushi restaurants in Ginza, and well-known restaurants in Shinjuku. Utilizing our unique distribution network, which has impressed food connoisseurs all over Tokyo, we bring you the finest ingredients.

What is the status of my order?
We deliver products to the U.S. using UPS direct shipping. In principle, fresh seafood reaches you within 36 hours from Tokyo. You can check the shipping status via UPS tracking after customs clearance in the U.S.

I am going to buy something at your store for the first time. Which item would you recommend to try?
We have absolute confidence in our product selection. If you wish to enjoy Japanese ingredients, we recommend ordering the variety pack offered on our site. You can enjoy a selection of Tsukiji seafood at 20% off the regular price.

Can I change my order?
Currently, we ship to the U.S. once a week. Orders are shipped on Tuesday nights (Japan time), so changes can be made up to Sunday. If you'd like to modify your order, please contact support on our site. Please note that changes cannot be accepted after this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Does it cost an additional fee like customs tax?
No, all fees are included in the shipping cost. You can rest assured there are no extra charges.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is roughly $96 depending on the currency rate.

How are items packed?
To ensure our products remain fresh, we use optimal packaging with cooling gel packs to maintain a low temperature during transit.

How should I store Uni upon arrival?
All our products are fresh. We recommend placing them in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival and consuming them within two days for the best quality.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are preparing for shipments to various Asian countries. Please contact us if interested.

When do you ship?
We ship every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. You will receive the products within 48 hours after we ship from Tokyo.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference. We conduct thorough inspections before shipping and work with UPS to ensure safe delivery. If there are issues such as incorrect or damaged items, please contact support.
