WAY TO COOK DASHI PACK
4min / Low heat! 
1) After the water 400ml comes to a boil, add 1 dashi packet(10g). 
2) Simmer over low to medium heat for 3-5 minutes. 
Over-boiling may cause the ingredients to have a strong tang or sour taste.
3) Take out the dashi packet to complete the process.
